Who is responsible
talentfinder s.r.o. (Schoellerova 725/15, 196 00 Praha, Czech Republic, IČO 07612494) is the data controller for everything you send through this website.
What we collect
What you enter in the application form: name, email, LinkedIn profile, the CV you upload and your short motivation. If you email us, we also keep that correspondence.
Why we use it
To assess your application, talk to you about roles and relocation, and — with your consent — to keep in touch about future opportunities.
Who sees it
The talentfinder team, and Home Credit Philippines as the employer when your application is presented for a role. Service providers (such as email and hosting) work under data processing agreements. Because the employer is in the Philippines, data may be transferred outside the EEA under safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Typically up to 3 years from our last meaningful contact. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, ÚOOÚ (uoou.cz). Recruitment decisions are never made by automated processing alone.
